I have matured had extensive experience working in several hotels, Tour Operators in the Tourism sector and merchandise, recruited as director with the complete management. Head of marketing, promotion, and other tasks entrusted to me, always with the complete management. These tasks has led to the need to know various developments over time, allowing to accumulate a vast experience in the various sectors of tourism both national and foreign. The full responsibility in the sector in with a reality that saw involved many people also enabled us to refine a relationship of training and management of employees. The constant growth of the hotels and the strategic choice to remain always at the forefront of the sector has led to a continuous evolution of the same with a considerable load for upgrades and implementations. In addition the fact of having a high target of customers led to a push of personalized services in such a way as to meet optimally both the internal management that the external appearance of the structures.
